The Bambusa tulda is a type of bamboo and is usually found in rainforests.It does very well in a moist environment with a lot of rainfall. It likes temperatures between 40 and 100 degrees.It is suited perfectly for an equatorial climate.It adapts to its environment by growing tall fast so it gets lots of sunlight and rain. The Bamboo can grow as tall as 80 feet.Bamboo is not a tree or a shrub its grass.The Bambusa is very important as it can reduce soil erosion.It also provides a shelter for many animals.
